We got ours professionally installed. Knobs are metal not plastic like in my other cooktop which kept snapping. I make pancakes and breakfast every weekend and its held up great. Beware of cheap cooktops which have plastic knobs that eventually melt because of heat. Its been a year and zero problems from the start.

This cooktop came with my house and I have to say that it is my familys workhorse. Ive been using this cooktop for several months now and it is solid. Everything is made from heavy stainless steel or iron. The burners are strong or very light depending on what setting I choose. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for simple to use cooktop.

This review will not be super helpful in terms of the functionality of the product. It didnt fit (my fault). However, it arrived on time. It was neatly and properly packed with all correctly corresponding components.

I am very pleased with this cooktop. It has heavy duty grates and the different size burners are great. I ordered from houzz.com (who had the best price) after searching the Internet for this cooktop.

I installed this cooktop yesterday and have cooked two meals on it since. It replaced a GE ten year old 30" cooktop. This baby beats it hands down. It fit perfectly in the space for the old 30" top and gives me 34" of cooking area. The burners have a lot more juice than my old one and the layout is great. The cast iron grates are very sturdy. Two thumbs up!
