This was a must have in my kitchen remodel. I bought a display model and saved 50%, It works like a charm, easy to use .

The door is WEIRD. When you open it, you must let go and let it travel out at its own speed. Same when you close it. If you try to alter the speed or stop it, it fights with you. It works fine for me, but we only reheat in it. There is no turntable to make sure that things heat evenly. Odd.
