Took a full day to install this vent hood! Instructions were not clear. Ended up having to rig the installation. Very cheaply made! Would not order again. You get what you pay for.

I have wanted a wall mount range hood for some time but never found one in a price range I could justify. I decided to do some research and AKDY had very high reviews, lots of satisfied customers. I checked other websites and found the prices on Houzz to be the best. The ordering was simple. The description was very easy to understand, I knew exactly what I was ordering, and how/if it would fit in my kitchen. It arrived quickly but safely and it looks beautiful! I couldnt be happier.

We originally had problems with our unit. I called houzz to try and resolve our problems with no success. After leaving a review of my difficulty, an AKDY representative contacted me, was polite, prompt and took care of all of the issues I was having. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me, and with the resolution of my issues. The hood in my kitchen works beautifully and I couldnt be happier with the sleek look of the unit. It works great and is easy to clean. After the excellent service I received, I would definitely recommend this product and company.
