This popcorn maker was packed extremely well. The quality of the product is great and the style is simple and modern-ish. (It was difficult for us to find one that wasnt overly "childish" or "tacky" in style -- just our opinion.) It takes a little bit of finesse to put it together but nothing a little patience and persistence cant handle. The only negative thing I would say about it is that the little metal handles on the glass doors on the one we received dont line up exactly. Its like one was bent at a slightly different angle than the other one. Its one of those things my husband reminds me that I will notice but probably nobody else will. We made popcorn this past weekend and it turned out great! We purchased the packages made by Great Northern Popcorn and they popped really well. The only thing to keep in mind is that the machine does produce quite a bit of steam so make sure you put it in a well-ventilated place. All and all, this was a great purchase and we have no regrets!
