Everything was included as ordered and arrived as scheduled. Sink arrived in one box and faucet was in another box. Both items were securely packaged and delivered undamaged. Quality appears good, but unfortunately due to a misunderstanding with our remodeling contractor the sink was not installed as planned. The worker installing the granite bar top did not realize the sink was already delivered unopened in another room and installed a different sink. Houzz good return policy allowed me to return the items for refund.
