This is a top mounted faucet only it does not come with any means of heating water. All hot water dispensing units, with a heating unit that goes under the sink to give you instant boiling hot water this advertising is very deceptive and leads you to think that it gives you hot water which it does not. If you were looking for a top mounted dispensing unit only it would probably cost less than half the price of this.
