The water is a lot colder than the Costco unit I returned and the water quality is great! It was easy to set up and did not need to be flushed out to be cleaned on the first time l used it. I am real pleased with my purchase.

We have only had it for about a week but we like it so far. It looks nice in the kitchen, was easy to set up, and placing the water jug was simple too! I like that the hot dispenser has a safety mechanism where you have to push in and down instead of just down like the cold water. This is nice is you have kids around. There are also switches on the top back of the cooler that allow you the switch off or on the cold water, hot water, and the light. It took me a day to find these! Guess I didn’t read the manual thoroughly! The water had a slightly plastic taste in the beginning so I would recommend running some water through before drinking it. OtherwIse, no complaints.

This cooler works very well. It takes up little space in the kitchen, and has quiet operation. The bottom loading feature makes changing bottles a breeze.
