We purchased two of these fixtures for a bath and laundry room. We chose the Trinsic faucet because of its understated elegance, functionality in washing our small dogs, and how it compliments our matte black ALFI sinks. The faucets are well built, and come with pre-installed water lines that you connect directly to your water valve shut-offs. No braided cable required. Being in the design business and having a penchant for quality balanced with value, I would recommend this faucet and use it again on other projects.

My spouse and I installed this in 1 1/2 hrs. Instructions fairly clear. We worried that the connector hoses to the hot/cold sources were too stiff to bend into place, but with some effort, they did bend enough. Nice profile, I like that it is not as tall as the prior faucet. The sprayer segment is longer than I prefer, less flexibility but acceptable.

We loved the looks of this kitchen faucet and bought it to use with our new stainless steel sink. Not long after installation (6 months or so) it started to leak at the point where the sprayer attaches. Drip, drip, drip...all the time. After FINALLY getting in touch with Delta, they sent a replacement sprayer and it turned out to be a totally different style. After sending them a photo with the item numbers, we received a new sprayer, the right one. Still, drip, drip, drip. And now it has managed to spring a new leak in the stalk of the faucet. We paid a good price for this faucet...we loved the looks of it...we are sorely disappointed in the quality.
