We absolutely love the look of this faucet however it does not function as intended! The weight to retract the pull down head is not heavy enough to work, you have to physically reach inside the cabinet and pull the hose from the back. Also, our plumber said the holes that the hoses go through are also too small meaning there is not enough room for free movement, compounding the issue of the head retracting. Going to try and make it work but not sure. Ill write and update.

I love quality of the product. Very easy to install. Delivery was efficient and on time. I love the way it looks once installed.

One only has hundreds of faucets to choose from. Cant test them all, so eventually a decision must be made. I found myself in this situation. I am very pleased with processing (speedy) and the product itself. Enough money will buy most anything (product), but budget constraints ordinarily prevail. And that is where this product finds its nitch. Very good value for the money.

Perfect size. Does not over power the sink but still plenty of arch to clear big pots and pans. Very pretty, modern and industrial, covers all the bases.
