This is the 3rd Vigo faucet that I purchase....I have installed one in each of my homes. If you have to do dishes :( this makes it easier!

I/m not kidding. Even the packaging thrills me. Vigo faucets come in fabric bags nestled in higher quality foam custom cut for the product. And the faucets! they are weighty. They are several cuts above the faucets i see in home improvement stores. They look great-high design. But form is not placed above function. This is my third Vigo faucet. I dont even look at other brands any more. They work exceptionally well. And if there is an occasional glitch, the customer service department at Vigo is stellar. I have never had to call about a problem but they talked me through every purchase I made and they are who i would have to rely on if a problem arose. You cant go wrong with a Vigo faucet. BTW Houzz customer service was a pleasure too. Couldnt have been more helpful. The faucet arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Have had this faucet for almost a little over a year and the finish has started to wear off so you can see the bronze underneath. Vigo has sent me a replacement water nozzle once already, and it had again started to wear.

We purchased this beautiful faucet and after paying a plumber for many hours, blowing our our lines and intimately testing our pressure with another faucet, we have determined this faucet has faulty pressure. Very disappointed with this faucet.
