Built by ABCwaters: Brand new Portable water softener (with HANDLE) great for washing RV, Boat, Car, Truck, Motorhome, Motorcycle, Park model, Mobile Carpet Cleaning, Mobile Wash and Detailing, etc and the perfect answer for soft water while on the road!!!... Depending on stock, the tank is 10" diameter by 18" tall tank and comes in grey. Some other colors may be available, but you would need to call and request it. The non-electric grey in/out head has 3/4" threads on each side (comes with brass screw in hose adapters, not cheap plastic), has a 3/4" fill port on the top to add salt, a steel powder coated custom handle to secure it and carry it and is about 3" tall, so about 21" total height needed if putting in a tight place. Weighs approx 35 lbs without water in it. 16,000 grain capacity of High capacity cross linked water softening resin. At 8 GPG hard water it wound last approx 2000 gallons between regenerating it!!! You regenerate this unit manually with regular table salt or softener salt and about 15 min. If you search for portable water softeners on ebay, you will find several others. Look and compare. This unit is not the same as others, it's brand new, with handle, a larger capacity than others currently listed, and less money! A similar looking unit is in a 6x18" tank (24" with head) ours is in a 10x18" tank (21" with head) with more resin and larger capacity.
