Artisans crush and melt down discarded glass and hand blow the molten fragments into entirely new pieces. The cooperative COPAVIC works to protect and renew their environment, while also promoting stability in their community by providing living wages, insurance, and skills that serve its members beyond the walls of their restored factory.
