This item isnt appropriate for use in bathroom as is, unless you dont mind splinters. ..but Im handy with sandpaper, and now its perfect, thou Im going to treat it w/ some wood sealer/water resistance stuff. .

The product looked home made, and not as finished as the photo. I didnt love it right out of the box and it ended being too large/bulky for the bathroom wall I hoped to hang it on.
