These 4" X 4" coasters are handmade by highly trained artisans in Newport, KY. The stone used is a tumbled Botticino marble, quarried in Verona, Italy. Natural variations on the surface are to be expected, and enhance the unique beauty of each tile! Images are hand-printed onto the surface; because the stone is naturally porous, the image is absorbed by the surface of the stone and will never peel or flake off. The included metal coaster stand features a rustic finish, and elevates your coasters. Display your coasters either upright or angled horizontal to lie flat! Coasters are cork backed and designed to protect all furnishings and surfaces. To clean: Use damp cloth; do not submerge in water or use abrasive cleaners. Intended for indoor use - colors will fade outdoors in prolonged sunlight.
