This little chandelier was time consuming to put together! In addition to all the crystals that need to be strung up, the 5 "arms" have 2 screws each. Im certain its my mistake, but I couldnt get the arms to line up to the two points it screwed to. After flipping the arms upside down it appeared to work, so I went with it. It doesnt look like the diagram or photo, but big deal....it works for me. The chrome is a little chintzy, so before I put the crystals on I spray-painted it matte black to give it more heft. Im giving it 2 stars as I made it work and it looks good. Not worth 50 bucks though...I bought a much nicer small Tiffany-type chandelier for much less on sale on this website, and its significantly more well made, plus it took only 10 minutes to put together to be hard-wired. This one took al afternoon, even without the spray painting.
