Amazing product. much more beautiful than the picture. Installation was not difficult compared to other rain drop chandeliers.

This is gorgeous in our new master bedroom. The only issue we had was not realizing that there was another box (3 total) enroute with more of the beaded chain pieces(which were needed). I had already put most of it together by then! Had I known I would have waited, ever so patiently, to assemble it all at once. My husband installed the piece and had no problems at all. We LOVE it!

We just bought a 1/2 million dollar house and this truly Expensive looking & Elegant chandelier for my daughters bedroom is the most beautiful part of the house!! Amazing price for Wonderful quality. I want one in Every Room!! Transforms the room to a superior quality. I love this company will use again. There is more than 40 crystal balls and will make room transcendant when sunlight filters through.

When I received the order initially, it was the chandelier and a separate box of crystal balls, inside the box was also multiple different shapes and size pendants as well. The chains that the pendants were hanging from were all the same size. I sat for 3 hours, taking the pendants off replacing with the crystal balls and making the chains different lengths. It was a bit confusing to me as to why they didnt ship extra chains. A couple of weeks later I received a box, it contained all the additional chains. The chandelier is beautiful, the assembly of the crystal balls was a bit of a challenge.

My light came quickly and after receiving some additional instructions from Houzz, was easily put together. It gives my master bedroom a sparkling touch. i looks more expensive than it was and I love to look at every time I walk into the room. After I assembled it, it leaned slightly to one side. I was sent both the crystal strings for the Empress chandelier, as well as the Lexa chandelier, so I took a couple of the extra strings/balls and put them on one side to balance out the light. Now it hangs perfectly! I definitely recommend this chandelier.
