Its perfect and exactly as you see it. Im beyond happy with this purchase!! We had a little mix-up with some of the crystals missing... and HOUZZ handled it beautifully. Quick and efficient - I had my missing crystals within days and am a happy customer! I recommend anybody to purchase through HOUZZ!!

Defective item, very difficult to mount, ball bearings loos and released, was told it happens a lot of times, was told it can be wall mounted-it cannot. Company (The Gallery) was challenging at best to navigate though technical electrical support-hours were lost, time was lost and of course money.
