The lamp was delivered with a black shade I ordered a white shade. The shade has to be constructed with vinyl tracks and Velcro I want to return the item i had to take a photograph to prove it was indeed not what I ordered I have been waiting already four business days to receive return information and labels The whole experience has been very disappointing I will never order from this company or houzz again
