This light was well packaged and arrived safely and on time. The instructions were REALLY awful and we cracked one of the exterior parts trying to assemble it. Its really like a puzzle to put together and attach to the ceiling. Sadly I would not recommend this fixture. I am keeping it because it was what I wanted in design and brightness. I think Houzz could provide more photos to help understand the assembly sequence. For example does one glass lens overlap the other on the inside or the outside? I think the mfg. should send me a replacement lens as well, I hope changing the bulbs will not be a real pain. But it is possible you would have to unscrew at least two of the bottom connectors, take down the diffuser glass and replace the bulbs then reassemble it. Next time I am going straight to the store and buy one that is assembled , bring it home and connect the whole thing to the ceiling with a couple of wires and a ceiling plate.
