I wanted a composter close to the ground a this is just right! It seems to get a lot of water inside when it rains heavy but drains out well. it spins easy with a full load. This is my first barrel composter so Im new to all this. It went together well once I figured it out. Directions were adequate but challenging. The hardware may have been stainless steel which would be a good thing. Beware the instructions call for hand tightening the screws on the side pieces. Be gentle or they will strip the plastic holes. No power drivers here! I have 2 that are borderline.

First purchased Composter. Easy to assemble. Functional. Light weight. Waiting for results this summer. As it is still winter here in the Carolina mountains.

Instructions were not very good but it went together fairly easy. I like the size and it is set low enough for me to tumble with ease only complaint is the strong plastic smell even after sitting out in the sun for about a week now.
