This garden weeding tool, unlike others with a blade tip, is much more efficient in that it loosenes the ground around the plant so the weed stem above ground and root system below ground can be can be lifted out in their entirety, thus minimizing the chance that the weed will.regenerate if the root was simply "sliced."
