This is advertised as a 12 x 12 Shade sail / canopy. The actual shade portion of it is only 8ft 6in X 8ft 6in. The corners are extended to make it 12 X 12 so if your are looking to an actual 12 x 12 coverage, this is not the product you want to buy. I was refunded my purchase price.

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the color is almost an orange not a true red.
