Description
A classic hand crafted offset steel smoker and grill with the addition of a vertical smoke box. Laser cut to provide perfect tolerance and seal. Firebox features a gas assist starter and an 18 square inch multi level grilling surface. Slide out ash pans in both the main cooking chamber and the firebox. The vertical smoke box features four laser cut slide out cooking grates. The main grill surface is a 20" deep by 48" wide dual hinged grate for easy access to the fire grate below. Extra heavy duty polyurethane self lubricating casters are a must for this size smoker. Perfect temperature is read by American made custom Big Hat Tel-Tru thermometers. 1" threaded drain, adjustable air dampers, cool touch spring handles, 1200 degree high temp paint, pull handle and fold up shelf.
