I love how this looks and the end result! I love that the top is adjustable so you can make your table height match the balcony railing height. The reason I gave it 4 stars was I was a little disappointed by the hardware to attach the table to the balcony railing; it only works if you have a certain thickness of balcony railing (mine was too small so the hardware stuck out interfering with how the top of the table is supposed to mount on). I tried to get the hardware cut down at Home Depot but the threading for the nuts got messed up, so I ended up just using some zip ties. You really cant see it from the front of our place, so it isnt that big of a deal, just a bit of an inconvenience to have to work around. It seems very sturdy and doesnt wobble at all if you follow the instructions!

Overall the quality and the look are great. My only challenge, which was significant, is that it was not clear to me that thisbunit has only 3 legs and is meant to attach to a single railing. Our deck is not set up like that and so I had to come up with my own solution. Nowhere in the pictures or product description did it indicate that it attaches to a deck railing that must be accessible from the back.

The product is good. It will fit perfectly on our deck. However, one part was missing. Called Houzz customer service and had to recall again 4 days later. They are Fedex a brand new table again and I will take out the part and then ship it back. Customer service was helpful but follow up was not great.
