I bough this product to be a plant stand in my backyard. It arrived quickly, and was fairly easy to assemble. However, two of the four leg bolts had damaged threads, which required a socket wrench and some muscle to overcome. Other than that it went together quickly, and the bench appears quite sturdy.. This bench has a dark brown oiled finish that is somewhat blotchy is some areas. This is suitable for my purpose, but its not fine furniture quality. The manufacturers brochure states that the finish should be re-oiled on a yearly basis for best appearance.

Purchased two to surround fire pit. I have wrought iron furniture on my patio so we spray painted them black, not only for the look, but for the added weather protection. Pleased.
