I bought three of these for my kitchen island 7 months ago. The cushion is still just as firm now as when I purchased and the white is still clean although I have to admit its only my husband and I living in the house.

Held out purchasing these while I debated whether or not I should take the chance on them knowing I was going to have my teenage son and all his friends sitting on them, and possibly leaning back on them, banging them into each other, etc, etc. Well that has not happened yet. In fact, based on the size, leaning back while sitting on them would be very, very difficult. In another review, a comment was made that they seem light-weight and almost "cheap." I disagree. Yes, they are very light weight, but seem sturdy. I love that they slide over our tile very easily because they are light. The seat is a nice, comfortable size and the foot rest is in the right spot. I bought 4 black counter stools. I love them!

This counter height stool is the perfect height, it came assembled, its ligh-weight and easy to move, the seat is strong & sturdy. All the "ingredients" for success! I love it. The stool arrived within the time frame promised. I hope to have many years of sitting enjoyment with it!
