Love the color of the terracotta and we put some stones down to hold the umbrella down and it works great. Has gone through a lot of heavy rain so far and has lasted. Looks beautiful!

I ordered this for my patio. The color is great (terracotta) and is more red then the picture shows. It was easy to assemble. I like that it swivels so if the sun is coming from the east, I can move it to the east, and if coming from the west can adjust it too. I used 12" pavers as suggested to anchor it. 2 on the shorter end of the cross and 4 on the longer end. This worked fine the first day. HOWEVER, on day 2 we had a < 5mph wind and it swiveled and swung around at will. Wish there was a way to anchor it and keep it from swiveling willy-nilly. On day 3 we had a very light wind again, and it toppled over even with all the weight of the pavers. If I could I would probably anchor it directly in the concrete, but that doesnt fix having to chase the umbrella around to get shade. Anyone else find a way to anchor the swivel once you have it where you want it? UPDATE: Solved the swiveling problem. However this has REALLY faded. I have only used it less than a dozen times in 6 months and it has faded. It faded more between the ribs and the little flap on top, so it looks really odd. My market umbrella I bought at a large box store is the same terracota and 3 years later it hasnt faded at all.

Crank bits are plastic-like metal and seem very cheaply made. The frame is certainly metal and seems a bit more substantial...though overall this is an inexpensive, almost disposable umbrella set. Will see how long it lasts. I like the dark red color, but again the fabric is thin.
