Ordered and received a follow up call from the company the following day! Associate went over delivery from CA to VA, packing and the way it will arrive. She instructed me on looking for a dye tab and if it is broken do not accept delivery. The shipping company called me and was flexible within a 4 hour window with my job; delivery person was polite and boy the vanities were WELL-PACKED! It looks just like the photos on the website, excellent quality and the included faucets were fabulous! The carrara marble top makes this an incredibly heady and beautiful piece! I could not be happier with these two vanities!

Loved the style of this vanity but after 8 months, the inside of the door is cracking along with the leg. Learned a lesson not to buy any curved wood! Very disappointed with the quality of the faucet....it needs to be replaced.

I absolutely love my new Katherine vanity. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. High quality and absolutely gorgeous. The Portland wall sconces are elegant and beautiful as well. I am so pleased with both of my purchases from Houzz. Houzz had the best price on the sconces and a great deal on the vanity. I would recommend both products. My orders arrived on time I great condition. Any questions about my products before and after my purchases were answered promptly and professionally.

The vanity arrived in one piece and well packed, It was in perfect condition. The description says charcoal gray, but I was delighted to find that sometimes it appears blue-gray, sometimes green-gray, and sometimes gray. I actually ended up choosing a different floor tile, which was a good thing, because I am extremely happy with the results.
