We bought one in 2016 due to its look and features. Unfortunately in a few months it leaked in the drain pipe. Despite the 10-year warranty, we were told they would cover parts. We had to pay $1100 to fix the leaks. At this price level, consumers would expect with very high qualify or very good warranty coverage. Neither is true. Shame on me to be lured by the looks. Shame on the manufacturers to sell such a product.

I love Way this tub looks. The only problem I have with it is the Jets. There is no way to control them and water goes everywhere. They have to stay pointing down.

Has arrived but not yet installed. Looks as good as the pictures. The contractor tells me that the design is good, such that repairs to the motor would involve opening the tub but not needing to place an access panel on the floor or otherwise interfere with the tiling.

Took a bit to get delivered and did not come with all the parts. Should include the parts for that price.

It is still in the box waiting to be installed in our new house. It looks beautiful. Cant wait to try it out. It did take over a month to get this product. The Houzz team did make many efforts to help me. I appreciate their help and believe the problem was on the part of seller of the product, not Houzz.
