Looks fabulous installed. I especially like that there is no center bar and the doors can slide completely past each other. Makes cleaning a lot easier. The required installation tools include a miter saw. Yes, if you have to cut the upper and lower channels to fit the space, its better to have one (with a carbide blade) than just a hack saw. The doors are heavy, tempered glass (love that too!), so installation is not a one-person job. It took me and a friend a whole day, mostly because we wanted to get it right, but the design is well thought out and we didnt have to fight anything. Very pleased. But I do have one complaint. When I saw the package on my porch, my heart sank because it looked like gorillas had tossed it every step of the way. The box was crashed and also retaped in transit. Shipping was Fed-Ex. I was away for one hour and told my wife to watch for delivery. Of course thats when it arrived but she never heard a thing. FedEx Ground is supposed to allow the recipient the option of inspection and even refusal if there is potential damage. Im guessing the dispatcher told the delivery driver not to bring it back, so the guy left it and ran. I took pix immediately, some attached here. Amazingly everything was intact. I congratulate DreamLine for a packaging job designed to withstand repeated abuse by indifferent FedEx handlers!
