I have been using my new shower for 2 weeks. I like the way it looks, but most important is I am in love with the shower features and water pressure it delivers. It feels like I am using a shower in a five star resort or luxury spa. I stay in the shower till I drain all hot water.

Terrific, product. Its a spa like experience with every use. We look forward to using our shower everyday. So refreshing. The jet options along with the waterfall work wonderfully. I highly recommend this product.

Arrived when stated. Box was in good condition. No damage to product. Installation directions are very minimal and pictures only. We had to manipulate the mounting brackets by pounding them out a bit with a hammer but we eventually got it to fit snug to the wall. The only thing I had to do was tape down the white hoses at the top back side of the panel so they didnt show. I do love it and it looks great, a very high end look.

This replaced an existing shower tower whose valves seized up with the hard water. This item looks good and works well - the thermostatic feature keeps water at the constant temperature even at various flows. It connected easily to the existing plumbing, BUT there are no directions on placement of the support pieces that have to be exactly placed on the wall - could use a template to ensure correct placement. These 2 support pieces seem to be too narrow to prevent the unit from sliding sideways on the wall if bumped even when appropriately placed - I had to make a piece to add to the support to prevent that sliding and make it more secure.

Product arrived in a very busted up box but inside it was perfect and arrived in a timely fashion. Looks easy to hookup and the style is very smart. Looking forward to getting it installed!
