The shower unit it self has some heft to it and the hand held seems of good quality, but a lot of the parts are really horrible plastic chintzy bits. The arm that holds the hand held is really nasty and the vertical bar it attaches to is a cheap thin metal bar. Not worth the price at all. I would wholeheartedly recommend something else.

I was surprised it was better made than I thought. We are in the process of building so I can’t say how much I love how the whole system works yet. It is gorgeous though.
