Poorly quality of material used on parts of the shower lacks attention to detail, but looks cool. had to replace hoses to back massager , kept blowing off and making a mess ,they gave me a partial refund on my purchase to ease the pain.

This unit is pretty cool HOWEVER - they sent met he wrong model, with no explanation or chance to change the order, were completely uncommunicative (Kitchen and Bath Master) and the instructions were HORRENDOUS. Not only over-simplified, but downright inaccurate. For example, "attach A to B" but then to attach "C" - you have to take A & B apart (which they do not tell you.) Be prepared to figure this thing out like a jigsaw puzzle. AND - CHECK ALL THE FITTINGS! Everything was loose (even the stuff that came connected by the factory) and while this seems like a no-brainer, just remember to do it or you will have water everywhere. Also - lots of screws were missing so buy a lot. The quality is pretty cheap but I honestly didnt expect much more for the price. What really disgusts me are the lack of instructions and the incredibly poor customer service on the part of the seller. Houzz was awesome and attempted to help us but they couldnt.
