I use this blanket as a duvet insert in southwest Florida. This blanket is the right weight, so it is not oppressive.. The all cotton product breathes. I want a bedcover that is useful, and can remain on the bed. My new duvet cover shrank. This blanket was 103 inches wide, not the 110 as described. Luckily I have a duvet with components that fit. The cotton cover on the blanket feels like plastic; however, I have not washed it yet. I am happy with this purchase.

Supremely soft, warm and yet breathable, finely crafted from all natural cotton. This blanket has great body and will caress you as you sleep under it. It is also hypoallergenic, washable and long lasting. It is twice as warm as polyester blankets, and yet will keep you comfortable in warmer temperatures because it is made from breathable cotton.
