Its soft and fluffy, but a little on the lumpy side--still comfortable enough to not want to get up though. Seems to fluff back up during the day, but Ive only had it a week so far. Perfect fit for my King size mattress and stays in place. Box was literally falling apart at the seams when it arrived, but the topper was protected by plastic.

The topper is working perfectly for me. I was having problems with back aches every morning. This topper has helped a great deal. I do have a problem trying to keep the elastic strap staying around the matress. It takes several attempts to keep it in place.
