It does not include bolts and nuts required to attach it to a bed frame.

Looks exactly like the picture! Looks and feels high quality. Love that its height is adjustable! Only complaint is that (like every other head board) its a bit wobbly. Would definitely recommend some type of wall anchor. But otherwise the product is great and I would definitely recommend it!
