Mattress arrived very fast. Box was large, but manageable. Neatly packed, easy to open. You could barely detect an odor and that went away within a couple of hours. I like the fact that it is in a zippered casing that is extra soft on the top. The mattress expanded within a few hours to the expected measurements. Very comfortable. Feel of mattress exactly as described. Very happy with purchase.

I needed a new mattress, and found this Latex a great price. It arrived even earlier than expected, and shipping quality was excellent. After airing out, the 48 hour recommended time, the mattress was as described, only around 8" high, not 10 they quoted. I topped it with a 2" memory foam, for added softness, and love the bed. Not disappointed. Excellent for the price.

Let me just start by saying that I am on a budget and have had hand-me-down mattresses for many years. My last new mattress from a local store started to sink in the middle within a year. So, I did a vast amount of research before deciding to purchase this one. Latex is the only way to go for a long-lasting mattress. This one has a 25 year warranty against defects (not wear). I cannot afford solid latex and the 3" latex toppers are almost the price of this whole mattress. I did not want anything to do with memory foam (due to its short life) unless its just a removable topper. I saw this mattress did not have ANY memory foam so I bought it after reading the good reviews. It arrived in about 5 days, WOW! I used the included vacuum bag opening tool (thank you) and let it expand for about 3-4 hours. There was NO smell whatsoever. I put it on a solid surface (I dont use a box spring). THEN, I added my 2 - 3 inch memory foam topper that I already had over my old mattress. This is the perfect combination of firm support and softness. Trust me when I tell you that you want a very firm mattress and top it off with the amount of softness yourself. You will get the longevity in the mattress and the replaceable and adjustable comfort of toppers to suit your needs.

Good value for the money. Latex foam is not good if you are a warm sleeper, but for me in a cold climate its good. I use it on the bed as in the picture, which works well.
