Arrived in exellent condition. Be aware though that the box is very heavy. My husband and I together had to bring it inside. There are many pieces of excellent quality materials. Assembly moved along well with very good instructions. The assembled product looks as expected in the description/ photos and the dimensions were correct. Used in the master bedroom closet as a stand alone piece as we are renting a townhome and plan on using the Freedom Rail closet system when we finally move into our retirement home. Would recommend this product. Also bought the Organized Living 3 drawer product and put on top of this cubby which works very well

The assembly is relatively easy but it still took 30 some minutes to assemble. Given the size of the product it could have come pre assembled.
