Garment rack holds a lot of clothes without swaying. I bought it because its tall enough for two rows of clothes without them touching the middle bars or the floor. Its a little awkward to assemble for one person but I managed to lean the cross bars against furniture in order to tighten the screws.

Long steel base (Environmentally safe powder coated finish ). 16 gauge, 72 in. upright bars and double hang rails. 1 5/16 outside diameter upright bars and hang rail. Grey non-marking soft rubber with TP center 4 in. casters. Made in the USA. 63 in. L x 23 in. W x 79 in. H. This Z-Rack is designed to hold up to 500 lbs of apparel, while maximizing all five feet of length. Also, because the two rows are placed on top of each other, the rack with steady 4 in. casters will not tip under a heavy load. The second hang rail can be placed anywhere desired along the uprights.
