The garment rack is good quality and no wobble when clothes are on it. Assembly is not complicated but it is little tricky for one person when connecting the horizontal bars. I wish vertical bars were taller as clothes touch the floor on the lower bar

Long steel base (Environmentally safe powder coated finish ). 16 gauge, 60 in. upright bars and double hang rails. 1 5/16 outside diameter upright bars and hang rail. Grey non-marking soft rubber with TP center 4 in. casters. Made in the USA. 63 in. L x 23 in. W x 67 in. H. This Z-Rack is designed to hold up to 500 lbs of apparel, while maximizing all five feet of length. And because the two rows are placed on top of each other, the rack will not tip under a heavy load.
