This show rack is very beautiful and lots of room for shoes but it takes time to assemble. Not clear instructions and all nuts and screw came in one plastic. Not for you if you havent assemble anything before or you do not enjoy assembling.

Everything about this order has been awful. I received a box that looked like someone just pulled it out of the trash. Im missing shelves. The red interior colour was printed on both sides of 2 of the parts. So I have a whole side of my shelf red, and the other chestnut , and one red shelf on the bottom inside. Almost every part that did come in has a chip on the corners. There is a 1.5 inch gap between the doors no matter how I adjust the setttings. I was going to wait to write a review till my issues were resolved, however, this process has been so frustrating. They tried to put me in contact with the manufactor directly, who rejected to help me. And when I try to email the company, every email bounces back that they can not receive incoming emails, even though they are trying to have a discussion with me. How am I to respond to a one way email system. Basically, my experience with houzz, and this item has been a waste of many hours, and 60 dollars.
