I had exact clock for over 8 years, and it quit working. This newer model is a piece of junk. I cant turn the alarm off, & the sound is too low. Im very disappointed with the change westclox made. The old one ran on 1 AA battery. Now its powered by 3 AAA batteries. It would have cost me $6.00 to send it back, so I just trashed it. Save youre $$$, dont by westclox.
