Simply stated, this is a beautiful and very well made rug. The combination of various cream and brown tones, silvery grays and even touches of black work great for the small office with black furniture and beige / tan walls this will go in. We also like the aged look and old world pattern of the carpet. Somehow this pattern seems to pull off a transitional look which works for us given we have both modern and very traditional oriental rugs on hardwood floors around our home. The weave also looks tight enough, and the depth of fibers long enough, for this to look like it will stand up to many years of heavy use. Ive added closeup photos so you can get a better sense for tones and pattern.

This is my favorite rug in the house (and thats saying a lot, because we have a lot of rugs!). It is soft, unique, and worth the slightly higher price tag. The variations in pattern are really interesting, and the blue color is simply gorgeous!
