The mirror is gorgeous and easy to install. The light has three settings of brightness and one of the settings you hold the button and it is dimmable and stays to that dim level when turned on next. I found using my thumb to turn the light on and off worked better than my finger. That said, my wife found the light at its brightest level was not adequate for her to do her makeup, so I had to add an additional overhead light for her. Being a guy, Im not in front of the mirror much and the light was adequate for shaving.

The mirrors are awesome and really like them. A couple of things to consider. I did not realize there is a built in touch sensitive switch where you can touch a specific area on the face of the mirror to turn on the mirror and control a built in dimmer for the LED lights. My first thought was i didnt want to leave finger prints on my mirror. I also had two mirrors and wanted to control them simutaniously from one wall switch. Fortunately you can disarm the touch sensitive switch by opening up the back of the mirror by removing several screws on the back and separating the mirror from the metal box that holds all the LEDs and electronics. The wiring inside is well labeled and is set up with mini plugs that you rearrange so you basically rewire without the switch/dimmer involved. Sounds a bit daunting but really isnt that difficult. The most difficult operation is putting is back together without scratching the back side of the mirror, the gasket around the metal edge of the back come off easily and requires careful patience to get it all back together. The result is I have two mirrors operated from one wall switch and they look awesome. The dimmer really isnt needed as the LED are not blazing hot and by themselves at full strength provides a nice soft light when used without any additional lighting. During my renovation I did add some recessed can lights to provide full lighting when needed. The other worry I had with the purchase is if the glass mirrors would arrive in one piece after shopping across the country. The packaging was well thought out and protected the product perfectly. The mirror surface is covered with a plastic film so you can keep the surface protected while installing. Overall the purchase was at a price half of what local lighting distributors were selling at for similar product. The delivery came promptly and in perfect condition, the installation was not difficult even when considering I rewired to bypass the touch switch/dimmer. I was impressed and so have all of our friends who love the look.

If you are looking at a high-quality mirror, that’s copper-free (mirror-rot free), many options, kelvin color selection option, anti-fog functionality, can be controlled by a wall switch, excellent price, & very well packaged (in a plywood crate + mirror box) - then this is your MIRROR!!! I was looking at the high-end designer Serua Mirrors & this is way better for the price. NOTE: It’s true that if you want the light on the mirror to be controlled by a wall switch, then you will lose the anti-fog functionality. I was ok with that, because the entire purse was to have a dramatic lighted mirror. If you do not go this route, then you’ll have to turn on the mirror via the blue circle in the lower body of it...every time. I was concerned where the blue button was placed on my mirror size (36 Wide x 48 Height), so it was nice seeing it bottom-centered. Also, this mirror can ONLY be huge Horizontally! This mirror has amazing versatility & great options for the price! I highly recommend this brand! My husband & I love this mirror so, much that we’re going to buy 2 smaller-sized mirrors for our Master Bathroom.

The dimmer light....does not work. About every 20 times you press the circular button to turn off or on it actually responds. This is very disappointing. I will not buy Dyconn products again.

What a deal and the incredible look! I did not expect it to look so clean and elegant. My bathroom was totally changed for the better. My contractor was astounded by the product and asked me where he could get some to show his clients. All in all it was one of the best purchases I have ever made! To top it all off I did not expect the mirrors to come as soon as they came and so well packaged. No complaints here. I am very, very satisfied. So much so that I bought 4 more!
