This rug pad is exactly as billed-nonslip on one side and soft felt on the other. It was easy to trim to fit the rug I purchased it for.

Its a great pad and fit under the new carpet perfectly. It came folded up and I was worried that it would be hard to flatten out the creases - but it all turned out fine. I laid it out for a few days before the carpet arrived and it works great with the carpet.
