The sideboard was dropped at the warehouse breaking a door and cracking the top. It was then boxed anyway and shipped. Spoke to customer service for return. Explicitly told not to reorder as it wont arrive in time. She ordered it anyway. Many calls and emails to try and stop order. Process very aggravating.
