The style of the chair is gorgeous, that’s what I would give 5 stars. There is minor assembly, but the reason I gave it 4 stars is b/c I was shortchanged multiple screws to assemble the bases (I ordered 10 chairs). The screws they did provide were not long enough for proper assembly (had to go out and purchase them). The very last chair to assemble was missing the gold parts to the metal legs, so the base & the velvet seat are useless. Thankfully, (after a month of waiting) they sent me the missing parts, and even then, that chair isn’t quite like the others. It wobbles a bit.

The chairs are beautiful, however, they arrived with the box all beat up, looks like it was open and then taped back together again with very cheap tape. When I open the box loose screws and bolts fell out, they werent in a bag and there were only enough for 1 chair( I ordered 2) so my husband had to go to a hardware store to buy all the required screws, because i needed the chairs for my get together. They also had a mark on each chair, where you see a little bit of whit peeking through, because the velvet was either scratched or punctured, towards the bottom of the chairs. I do love the chairs overall, they look exactly as pictured, and the price was right. Just needs a little more TLC in the packing department.
