Three chairs came in and one was defective but the company corrected the issue right away and sent a new chair. We are currently very happy with the chairs. They are very comfortable. The picture was taken before the third chair arrived.

The Chair is beautiful , the quality is good , it appears as described on Houzz. The order arrived on time. My experience is good. Although the chairs were very well packaged, two chairs did not include the protectors, the seller sent them, once he was informed.

This product was more than I couldve hoped for (I am using mine as dining chairs). They look more expensive than they are and the style is unmatched. If you are looking for a super plush lounge style chair this will not be suited for you however. The chair is supportive, comfortable but firm, perfect for dining.

The edge where the wood connects are pealing. And the seat is hard.
