I sort of burned out our microwave turntable and hoped this old style, inexpensive low tech device would fix the situation. Its just not workable -- too slow and too much trouble. I see a new high tech microwave in our future.

Yes I still use a microwave that needs a turn table. This is about my 4th or 5th one and it works great.
