We were looking for a vent hood that we could replace the ugly microwave/vent combo. It fit well and was not too complicated to install. It is a very light hood, could pick it up easily and seems to work well. The stainless seems pretty thin, I noticed a few dents but nothing bad. For a budget friendly hood, this is a nice one.

The buttons controlling the fans speed and lights are a like the buttons on a 80s cassette player. The are round pegs but when you push the button a resounding snap emits which somewhat echos through the hood. The lights have one brightness less but it is adequate. The price was good but I would probably get something different next time. The chintzy buttons really should be fixed.

This is a great vent. The only complaint I have is a few little dents in the front but I didnt want to send it back. The 3 fan speeds are nice being separate controls making it easy to control. The lights are not as bright as I would like for LEDs but they are fine. The wires come out of the back on the right hand side when looking at the back of the vent. Luckily for us the wires were long enough to reach the existing wires in our wall as they arent overly long.

This product is very solidly built. Fan is quiet, tested before installation. Has 3 way connection, rectangular out the back or top. Circular opening on the top after removing rectangular baffle. This is my second hood.
